This website presents the studio’s services, locations and artists and provides a visual tattoo try-on and a way to send a request.
2. Virtual try-on
The preview is a visual aid, not a guarantee that a real tattoo will look identical. Final placement, scale, color and appearance are agreed with the artist. Photo quality, display settings, skin, lighting and tattooing conditions can affect the result.
3. Uploaded materials
The user confirms that they have the right to use the photos and designs they upload. Illegal, harmful or rights-infringing content is prohibited.
4. Requests and communication
Submitting a request does not automatically confirm an appointment. The studio contacts the user by phone, WhatsApp or Telegram to agree the service, design, price and appointment.
If a request contains personal data relating to a minor and the processing relies on consent, the request must be submitted or confirmed by the minor’s parent, adoptive parent or legal representative. By submitting a request on behalf of a minor, the adult confirms that they are authorized to provide that consent and are acting in the minor’s interests.
5. Third-party services and intellectual property
Google Maps is an optional third-party service and, after the visitor enables it, is subject to Google’s own terms. Website branding, layout, copy and studio materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights; third-party rights remain with their respective owners.
6. Governing law and changes
The laws of Montenegro apply subject to mandatory rules that cannot legally be excluded. These Terms may be updated when the website, service flow or legal requirements change. The current version and update date are published on this page. If an update requires a separate consent, that consent will be requested separately rather than assumed from continued use.
